If you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the type of work you're enquiring about, and optionally your email address and any notes you add. We also record which advert brought you to the page.
If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
To contact you about the job you've enquired about and to provide a quote. That's the only reason. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone else for marketing.
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep records for six years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
This page uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It tells us how many people who saw our advert went on to enquire, and it allows us to show adverts to people who visited but didn't get in touch.
You can control this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking it will not stop the quote form from working.
